MICHAEL WORTH       .. Executive and Development Coach ..

Michael’s coaching is focused on results. He works with business leaders and mangers to maximise their organisational impact and career potential. Michael follows a coaching framework that provides structure, with the hands on experience to use the right coaching technique for each unique client and circumstance. Trained in the International Coach Federation core competencies, he applies these to all coaching engagements. 

 

Michael has coached executives and managers internally with Fortune 50 company Caterpillar for over 10 years, and most recently he launched the Leading People & Culture Coaching Program.  Michael uses his extensive business and leadership experience to ask insightful questions and uses a coaching framework that is goal and outcome focused.

 

Michael‘s career has provided many leadership opportunities and enabled him to work in many locations throughout the world. He has developed broad business expertise by leading different business functions. He has 25 years corporate experience – 17 years with Caterpillar Inc and 8 yeas in an SME business environment. Michael’s passion for leadership and people management has driven his career from engineering to manufacturing, human resources to mergers and acquisitions, and now Leading People & Culture consulting and executive coaching.

 

Michael’s journey has provided him with many unique opportunities for learning and  gaining insight into how great leaders make a difference to business success. He has experience in all functions of business, and has designed, implemented and led many change initiatives that have created great people and culture. He has deep expertise in business strategy, people strategy, diversity, people management, leadership development, change and project management. Michael has experience in corporate governance as a company director in Australia and Singapore, and as Chair of Trustees for a company superannuation fund.
