Michael has global, multi-national and small company experience as the Global M&A HR Director, Asia Pacific Regional HR Director, ANZ HR Manager and Company Director, following previous roles as a manufacturing leader and senior engineer. He has deep expertise in the areas of HR strategy, Mergers and acquisitions, Strategic people reviews and planning, People & culture audits, Detailed people & culture process engineering design and Change management. He is passionate about engaging people with their work and ensuring companies live their values.

 

 

Mark has multi-national experiences as an HR Director, Asia Pacific Regional HR Leader and Company Director with industry leaders Caterpillar and Mercer, as well as lecturing and consulting at Swinburne University. In addition Mark provides executive coaching to leaders from a range of larger to smaller sized firms. He has deep expertise in the areas of people & culture scorecards, talent management, engagement and 360 degree surveys, team development and as a certified leadership executive coach.
